We were treated to a very different meeting this month.
Jan Anderson - Exercise Therapist and quilter extraordinaire took us through our paces. We learned Foot Rolls, Figure of 8's, Knee Rubs, Wrist Circles, and the amazing Wash Face in the Telephone Booth....plus a ton of other things to do to keep our joints from aching or just plain acting up!! The hour went quickly and her humour amused us all. Thanks Jan.
