At January's meeting Elsie Hall introduced her "hat challenge". This challenge will be part of our October's 25th anniversary Victorian Tea. The rules are simple. Create a hat from scratch, find an original hat to wear, or decorate an exiting hat (ie straw hat). Prizes will be given for the best one in each category.
